In this video, I will talk about the 7 causes of back pain and headache.
Sometimes you may experience a headache and back pain that occurs at the same time.
There are several conditions that can cause these symptoms.
1. Injury.
Sometimes injuries, such as those sustained in a car accident, fall, or while playing sports, can cause headaches and back pain to occur together.
2. Poor posture.
Poor posture can put a strain on the muscles of your head, neck, and back.
Maintaining poor posture over time can lead to the development of both headache and backache.
3. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
PMS refers to a group of physical and emotional symptoms that occur between the time of ovulation and when a period starts.
Headache and back or abdominal pain are common PMS symptoms.
Other symptoms of Premenstrual syndrome can include.

Arthritis is the inflammation of the joints, which can lead to pain and stiffness.
It typically gets worse as you age.
If arthritis occurs in your neck or upper back, you may experience headaches in addition to back and neck pain.

When #covid19 pandemic strikes, it was quite heart wrenching for me to accept that we are contributing more by staying at home under the MCO. I tried hard to contribute from home by campaigning for solutions and innovating procedures with limited access to resources like tools and components.
Fortunately, I came across a group that was designing screening kiosk for COVID19 and included to be part of builder’s group headed by NanoMalaysia Berhad under MOSTI. Using experience from SUNCROX SOLAR ‘s projects in building standalone and mobile facilities like kiosk and primary health care unit, I was able to provide practical inputs and applied our know how.
Not only on solar energy, our experience in adapting electrical and mechanical applications to a standalone structure was really helpful too. On the early stage, solar energy was optional as the screening kiosks were stationed near health centers.
Next, I am eagerly waiting for the mobilisation of the next version of mobile or semi-mobile version of this kiosk where practical and reliable power source is required like solar energy.
Alhamdullilah for this opportunity for me to answer our nation’s call.

Sexual health (jinsi sehat) is an essential factor for a healthy life but unfortunately, it is often ignored. Active sex life is not only a biological need, but it also has other countless benefits. To book a personal appointment with a sexologist visit the following links:

Sexual health (jinsi sehat) experts say that a healthy sexual life can boost immunity, improve the sleep cycle and can even help in pain management. Sex is a taboo topic in many cultures. The reluctance to discuss sex and sexual health (jinsi sehat) often gives space for myths to go around as facts.
The propagation of wrong information regarding sexual health (jinsi sehat) is dangerous as it can stop people from getting treatment when required. Nowadays people are reaching out to doctors to discuss their sexual problems. Female sexual health, however, still remains an ignored subject matter.
Because of the ignorance regarding female sexual health, women all around the world face numerous health problems such as poor performance of the reproductive system and hormonal disorders. Female sexual health thus should not be ignored and should be proactively discussed and improved.
Ms. Tahira Rubab is a clinical psychologist. She’s been practicing for around 10 years and advises patients on various medical conditions such as mental health issues, sex therapy, depression and anxiety
